Reverse records the receipt and expenditure of kerosene, mantles and methylated spirits, special remarks and the signature of 'Head Keeper' P R Horne.SignificanceThese records give a detailed picture of the routine work of lighthouse keepers before automation, showing the maintenance and activity of the keeper at one of Australia's remotest light stations, the Tasman Island lighthouse.
