Signed by the ship's commanding officer.HistoryA week after the coronation ceremony of Queen Elizabeth II, the new monarch and Prince Philip took part in a coronation review at Spithead. The fleet numbered over 300 vessels that assembled on the Solent, adjacent to the ports of Portsmouth and Southampton. The fleet consisted of warships from the United Kingdom, members of the Commonwealth and a number of foreign countries including the United States and Russia.
