The poster is titled 'Bushmates, NEW SOUTH WALES AUSTRALIA', and was published by the NSW Department of Tourism, Sydney.SignificanceThis poster is part of a series that are an excellent record of the height of a period of passenger line travel and the advertising of exotic tourist destinations, as well as the advertsing of iconic state tourist attractions. They display a range of promotional iconography - from images of overseas cultures to images of cruise ship luxury service, in a large glossy, colour format typical of the 1960s and 1970s.
