DescriptionPeggy Petite was a regular and popular performer at venue The Wentworth in Sydney in the late 1920s.SignificanceThe Hall photographic collection provides an important pictorial record of Sydney from the 1890s to the 1930s. The collection mainly documents the lively sailing scene in Sydney during this period, however portraits and livestock photography are also included in this photographic collection. During his lifetime, William James Hall became known as one of the best livestock photographers and was in high demand during Sydney show season.
