DescriptionPlans, sketches and scribbles of hull designs and cars by Bob Miller (later Ben Lexcen). Also depicts idea for Sydney to Hobart yacht race and shows himself falling off mast and being towed behind boat. Note attached to plan reads: I have enclosed this one because of the "stick people". Simon [?] & George were two of my long time crew and we were all "Portly". The figure [?] who was upside down falling out of the mast is obviously RCM having his accident and the one being towed is also him paying the penalty for some misdemeanour. The 1 x 2 jam can in top RH corner comes in "Solo" she being steel. Pogan [?] was a visitor to my Place & Dick Colahan & Bob became very friendly. The cars were where his imagination strayed and I was always enthusiastic about Clipper bows & Bob used to sketch them.
