DescriptionThese 79 documents were collected by Frank Leslie. They consist of one diary kept by Leslie and one diary kept by his daughter; one logbook; 14 personal letters sent to Leslie from and regarding his family; one Educational Workers' League report; eight postcards received by Leslie; one Supplement to the Aberdeen Weekly journal; one work plan and one memorandum regarding a cottage at Watsons Bay; 15 photographs of Leslie’s family and some steamships; five manuscripts and 30 newspaper clippings relating to positions vacant on the public service board, obituaries and marriage announcements, and the Aberdeen Navigation department. The documents span the period c1890s – 1955.
