Surgeon William B Marshall

BiographySurgeon William B Marshall was Assistant Surgeon to the Royal Navy flagship in India during the 1830s. He was also present on board FANNY in 1833 when it sailed from England to Australia with female convicts. On arriving in Port Jackson Marshall published 'A word of exhortation to a servant' which was handed out to the convicts. He returned to service in Calcutta following his post on FANNY.
