Tracey Moffatt

Tracey Moffatt is an Australian artist internationally renowned primarily for her contemporary photographs. She also works extensively in film and video.

From the 1980s Moffatt has focused on Indigenous Australians and the racial and cultural tension experienced by them in wider Australian society. By addressing how Indigenous Australians are perceived, Moffat highlights the stereotypes that continue to exist.

Moffatt is an internationally exhibited artist including the Cannes Film Festival and Venice Biennale.
