Krondorf

BiographyKrondorf is a winery that was originally owned by pioneering Australian winemaking family the Dalgetys, then purchased by legendary Aussie winemakers Grant Burge and Ian Wilson in the late 1970s. Their innovative renovations and marketing strategies elevated the brand to huge success, and it became known for its high quality and elegant packaging.

Krondorf was purchased by Mildara wines in the 1980s, Wilson purchased Krondorf back from Mildara, with the entire Burge family involved in production with a focus on consistent quality wines from Coonawarra, McClaren Vale and Barossa.
