William Barnett Spencer

William Barnett Spencer, born c 1810 died c 1884, is a ship portrait artist who is believed to be the son of the artist Richard Barnett Spencer. William commonly used Dover, England as the backdrops for his ship portraits and is suspected to have worked from a studio in London.
