SignificanceThis chart shows the plot of an unnamed vessel's track around Cape Horn on 15th January 1853 and bound for Valparaiso; possibly the same vessel subsequently made a voyage from there to Tahiti and the Marquesas Islands and back to Valparaiso on 7th May 1854.
