DescriptionThis collection of eight programs for the launching and dedication of ships span the period 1958 - 1985. The programs feature the launching of the following vessels MV ACCOLADE, MV BASS SHORE, MV CAPE YORK, MV SOUTHERN TIDE, SS IRON FLINDERS, SA JUBILEE, FALIE, MV LADY JOYCE and HMAS COOK. This archival collection was assembled by Alan Rice whilst serving as a merchant seaman in the Australian coastal trade.
