Description'Exotic Chinese dining is possible on board in the very British Silver Grill of P&O's SS ORIANA ...Most passengers are unaware that there is a complete set of Chinise dishes for use in the Silver Grill...The personable Stanley Green, head waiter of the Grill, said it was necessary to have the proper Chinese dishes to enhance Chinese dining...The dilettante, who has a craving for delectable Chinese delicacies or the adventuresome, who is seeking an exciting experience in strange but delicious food, will get their answers from Head Waiter Green or Chef Shephard. They may give adequate descriptions of a dish desired or they may leave the menu selection in the good hands of Green or Chef Shephard...Chinese dinners are becoming inscreasingly poplular, according to Green.
