HistoryBuilt by the Methodists as the The Coffee Palace in 1887 and opened in January 1888. It later became a guest house called Ocean House or Ocean Grove House. It's name changed to Ocean Grove Chalet, Green Gables and Arkana Lodge before being demolished in the late 1960s.
