HistoryBuilt as a general cargo steamship in 1891 at 2628 Tonnes. Acquired by the Adelaide Steamship Company in 1895 who used it on their coastal passenger service before selling the ship in 1915. Its peak passenger capacity was 470 with stabling fitted onboard for 39 horses during the Western Australian goldrush, this was later reduced to 161 for passenger comfort.
