HistoryBuilt in 1891 as missionary ship for the Melanesian Mission of the Anglican Church and was in service in the Pacific from 1892 to 1902. Its auxiliary engine was removed when it was sold in 1902 after which it operated as a cargo vessel around Australia and New Zealand until being lost with all hands off King Island, Tasmania in 1920. Various owners from 1902 to 1920: H A Mann (Auckland), R F Davidson & J Hay (Hobart) And G Dunkley (Melbourne).
