BiographyGustav Mullins (1854-1921) moved to the Isle of Wight in the 1880s becoming an apprentice and then partner of Jabez Hughes at 60 Union Street, Ryde where they traded as Hughes and Mullins (Hughes died in 1884). In 1885 Mullins gained the Royal Warrant so added 'Photographers to Her Majesty' to his business title.
