HistoryThis 18 inch model ROSE was built by an unknown member of the model skiff club at North Sydney who raced it in on Berry's Bay in the late 1920s before offering it as a prize in the Club's raffle. Keen spectator and punter Lesley Stone won it and presented it to his sick nephew Roy aged 4 in 1930.Significance'Model racing skiffs of Australia : a history' by Stephen Crewes, Sydney, 2003.
