DescriptionA jack plane, which is a standard pattern plane offered by practically every plane supplier. These planes were used for rapid removal of excess stock and for general rough work.
This plane has a wooden handle at the back which is held in place by a screw which is slightly broken and coming away from the body of the plane. There is a wooden knob at the front to help guide the plane. The cutting blade is at a 45 degree angle and is adjustable from the rear. This plane is stamped MADE IN AUSTRALIA.
