DescriptionThe TILIKUM was a Nootkan whaling canoe reconfigured as a three masted schooner in which John Voss attempted to circumnavigate the globe leaving Oak Harbour, British Columbia, Canada, on 20 May 1901, visiting Sydney, Melbourne and Hobart in Australia, and finally arriving in London in September 1904.HistoryThe TILIKUM is currently on display at the Maritime Museum of British Columbia in Victoria, Canada.
