HistoryBond hooks were made by a man who worked in the Bond Pickup Centre, they were a copy of the Andy Land hook but were considered inferior. They are recognisable as the metal is squared near the handle and a horse nail has been used to hold the hook to the handle. Bond hooks cost around 30 shillings in the 1950s.
