HistoryDonor states: these Naval Reserve Cadet uniforms were basically RAN uniforms of the 1980s but with Naval Reserve Cadet insignia on them. Cadet PO was the highest rank you could get to int the 1980s except for one cadet officer per unit if the unit had 60 cadets or more and the person had to be 18 years old. Now the cadets have Cadet CPO, Cadet WO and Cadet Midshipman as well.
